We offer underserved youth online training and certification in retail best practices through a strategic alliance with the National Retail Foundation. Collaborating with Gametime Pro Shop and other National Retail Federation local store operators, our program facilitates hands-on, on-the-job training (OJT) experiences in sales, merchandising, inventory management, marketing, podcasting, and more. These practical opportunities allow participants to apply their acquired knowledge in real-world settings, honing crucial customer service and soft skills essential for personal and professional growth. Our collaboration with the Gametime Life Skills Foundation and its partnership with Major League Baseball's Nike RBI Program supports our holistic approach. This initiative champions physical activity and personal development through sports such as recreational baseball and softball. Additionally, the organization operates the Home Run Batting Club, a state-of-the-art batting cage practice facility featuring a Hit Trax simulator and pitching machine. We aim to teach the fundamentals of baseball and softball by gamifying the experience to make learning fun. The Nike RBI x Gametime mission extends beyond sports, aiming to:
